Terms of Service
1.0 - When you place an order you agree to pay and complete it.
1.1 - You may cancel an order before you have paid. It will be too late if we already have shipped your order.
1.2 - Payment should be done within 3 days from recieving the payment details. If you need to extend the time let us know. As always we try to find the best solution for the both of us.
2.0 - If you need to return your order you must do so within 14 days of recieving it. The return cost will be paid by you, and there must be a legitimate reason for returning it. Ex. items not as described or wrong items recieved.
3.0 - We package items carefully to prevent any damage in the mail. If damage occurs or the package is lost we will help you recieve compensation from the shipping courier. Unless caused by rule 3.1 and/or 3.2 below.
3.1 - If you agree to simpler packaging to save on shipping cost, then we will not be able to help with recieving compensation from the shipping courier if the package becomes damaged. It is done on your own risk.
3.2 - If you agree to ship untracked we will not be able to help with recieving compensation if the package is lost. It is done on your own risk.
4.0 - We are obliged to add the correct details and value on packages.
5.0 - All orders will be sent from Norway. We do not cover any potential import/export fees from Norway to your country. Which can occur as Norway is not part of the EU. Contact the customs department in your country if you are unsure about the rules regarding ordering items outside the EU.
